I am able to do EASA and CAA Class One, Class Two, European Class Three (ATCO) and LAPL medicals. I have a dedicated surgery with all the equipment necessary to performing full Aviation Medicals.

General Pilot Medicals

All aspects of flying require medical checks or, at the very least, a G.P. 'declaration'. In some cases this is pre-determined (Commercial) and in others you can decide which type of medical standard suits you.

Class One Aviation Medicals

Whether CPL, ATPL or SFE you will require a Class 1 medical examination. The initial must be performed at an Aeromedical Centre ( l should be able to do this soon) but all revalidations ( within dates ( may do 45 days before due) ) and renewals can be done at one of our bases.

Class 2 Medicals

These are also known as PPL and are suitable for pilots wanting all privileges of flying and who do not have major medical problems.

Light Aircraft Pilot Medicals

In medical terms these are designed for pilots who wish to do recreational flying only for those with medical problems which might make them unsuitable for a PPL.

Other Flying Related Medicals

These cover any aspect of flying such as engineers, balloons, or even ground crew who require a 'run up and taxi' medical. Please telephone for advice.

Airside Driving Medicals

All aspects of flying require routine checks and under aviation requirements, the checkers are also checked. Aircraft are checked by C.A.A (Civil Aviation Authority) certified engineers on a regular basis and follow strict and thorough protocols.

HGV Medicals

I am very experienced in doing these medicals which normally take around 30 minutes. It is very important to understand that, if you wear glasses, the first art of the medical can only be completed by an optician. Though not essential this would ideally be done before coming for the medical. The form requires your details to be filled in on every page which can be done before attending.

Cabin Crew Medicals

Since the onset of the European system ALL cabin crew need medicals. Before starting if new or on the expiry of a current medical. They last 5 years and take 30 - 45 minutes.

Air Traffic Control Medicals (ATCO)

I have a number of ATCO personnel and am always delighted to do these medicals along with the pilots. They are fairly similar to class 1 aviation medicals although the validity is slightly different. Details are provided in the further reading section.

Comprehensive Medicals

A general check which can be individually tailored to your age and needs. All include a very comprehensive physical with investigations which can be discussed at the time.
