Firstly, Annie, Nicole, Dr Shailey and I continue to hope that you remain well in these extraordinary times. We wish you all a very Happy New Year.

Very few of you have not been affected by the decline in aviation due to the pandemic. We are happy to do anything which may help with any problems you are experiencing, please ask!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON UK LICENCE HOLDERS

At this time l am not able to do any non UK medicals following the Brexit changes. I have, many months ago, applied for authority to do these but there has been no response as yet. Please contact the surgery if you have such a medical booked. I am doing all l can to be able to start doing these again. I am afraid if it is urgent the only option would be to travel to an EASA medical center!

Currently the online booking system is not active, please ring Redhill 01737823550 Tuesday to Thursday 10.00 – 4.00.

You will be asked to complete some paperwork prior to attending for your medical. This can be found by clicking ‘Forms’ after closing this popup. You will then see a section with three items; The latest CAA extension regulations, a Covid-19 questionnaire  and a link to your medical application form. Please print and complete the latter two forms but do not sign.

Remember for any previously reported medical details it is permitted simply to record “Previously reported, no change”.

When you come for the medical, please stay in your car until called in. Please bring a mask & pen (water if needed). You will have your temperature, pulse and oxygen levels measured prior to starting the medical. (All staff will also be checked each working day). We are allocating longer for each medical to allow for sanitising the room and equipment.
